Product Advantages
Pretreatment of dishware by using ultrasonic, before put into dishwasher. Only need 10 seconds to get a thorough cleaning. No need for soaking, taking up less space, saving labor and detergents, that’s your ideal choice.
working principle
Ultrasonic cleaning principle: High frequency oscillation signal, which is emitted by the ultrasonic generator, converted into high frequency mechanical vibration by transducer. Ultrasound radiate forward in water, so that the water flow to generate tens of thousands of tiny bubbles. Presented in water, the tiny bubbles vibrate under the action of the sonic wave, and when the sound pressure reaches a certain value, bubbles increase rapidly, and then close suddenly. The shock wave generated when the bubbles are closed, resulting in thousands of atmospheric pressure at around, and allow them to destroy insoluble dirt dispersed in water. When a group of wrapped oil particles are attached to the dish surface, oil is emulsified and solid particles are separated, so as to achieve the purpose of purification dishware. For the dirt in tiny slit, ultrasonic cleaning is most effective.
Tips:
Overcoming the unevenness generated by cavitation
Overcoming the unevenness caused by ultrasonic wave being reflected
