*Efficient integration, Space-saving
Adopting unique three-layer water purification system, electrostatic purification system, photocatalyst purification system enables fume purification rate up to 93%. In the realization of low-level emissions, the flue-free design makes the kitchen more secure.
*Working Principle
1. The first layer is above the stove ignition source, which is stainless steel sealed to eliminate the fire source. The inner layer has continuous water spray washing for cooling treatment.
2. The second layer is liquid foam layer to prevent fire from channeling. Flue gas and oil mist through the inlet into the liquid foam tank for the first washing cooling treatment.
3. After the flue gas is sucked into the liquid foam tank, it is collided with foams with a diameter of about 1mm and a thickness of 400mm to perform the second washing cooling treatment.
4. The third layer is mist spray layer. Through continuous injection of water, spray nozzle with a strong water mist do the third washing cooling treatment to the flue gas from the liquid foam layer.
5. Flue gas from the inlet to the outlet after three consecutive washing. The tank water level is controlled automatically by the microcomputer, and there will be no water shortage situation. Therefore, the machine has excellent fire prevention function.
6. The machine does not deposit grease with clean fume emissions, no fire risk.
7. No flue design to eliminate fire risk.
8. There is no need to clean the flue even if connecting to it, because the flue has no combustible grease, and it cannot cause the flue fire.
